Refund Policy
Refund requests must be made no later than 18:00 (06:00 p.m.) on Wednesday, 6th September 2023. Refund requests can be made by completing our refund request form.
If a refund request has been accepted, you will be refunded the full entry fee paid (less the Processing & Transaction Fee).
Please Note: Any requests made after the above date will not be accepted.
Deferral Policy
Deferral requests must be made no later than 18:00 (06:00 p.m.) on Wednesday, 6th September 2023. Deferral requests can be made by completing our deferral request form.
If a deferral request has been accepted, you will be deferred to next year’s event.

Distance/Category Change Policy
Distance/category change requests must be made no later than 18:00 (06:00 p.m.) on Wednesday, 2nd August 2023. Distance/category change requests can be made by completing our Category Change Request form.
If a distance/category change request has been accepted, you will receive an email confirming the change. If any refunds or payments are due as a result of this change you will receive an email from us confirming this.
