By registering I accept the advertisement and the organiser's exclusion of liability of any damage. I will not enforce, a claim neither upon the organiser nor upon the supporting companies and their agents because of damage, that could arise by participating. Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19 The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, government and state health agencies recommend social distancing.
Lilliput Adventure Centre (Celtic Warrior) has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, Celtic Warrior cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending Celtic Warrior could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending Celtic Warrior and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at Celtic Warrior may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, employees, instructors, and program participants and their families.
I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with my attendance at Celtic Warrior. On my behalf, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Celtic Warrior, its employees, instructors, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Celtic Warrior, its employees, instructors, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any of Celtic Warrior programs/events.
Lilliput Adventure Centre (“Celtic Warrior”) is not held responsible for personal belongings left unattended on the course and/or on the Lilliput Adventure Centre site.
As Lilliput Adventure Centre car park is open to the public and it is not possible to guarantee the security of your vehicle and its contents. Before leaving the car park, patrons are strongly recommended to ensure that: your vehicle is securely locked, all windows in the vehicle are securely closed and if the vehicle is fitted with security devices, please ensure that they are working and have been activated.
If you have to leave belongings in the vehicle do not leave them in plain sight e.g. on a seat. They should be locked in the boot.
Given that the 1 Day Full Warrior event is not scheduled for this year, I hereby acknowledge my voluntary decision to proceed with the race independently. Understanding that I will be commencing the race prior to the intended start time of other events, I further acknowledge the absence of road marshals during certain times. I commit to adhering strictly to all traffic regulations.
